The weekend has begun and you're ready to go out in that new dress you bought and dance the night away, but little did you know, your mind wanders back to that conversation you had with your boss 12 hours ago. If you tend to overthink everything, you my friend are not alone. Overthinking things is my specialty. I still remember that time I wore uncoordinated socks to a family birthday party 10 years ago, let alone last week when I pronounced my name wrong to my crush's best friend. 

As we make our way into the holiday season, overthinking is at an all time high. Will that special someone like the gifts I picked out for them? Do my coworkers actually like the cookies I baked for Friendsgiving? The answer is maybe, but even if all of your fears come true, it doesn't make you any less of a caring person just trying your hardest. People don't remember things 99% of the time and they really don't notice what you're doing even if you are obsessed with the fact that they will.
